Top Tips
1 Free shuttles are available to transfer you between terminals.
2 If you are on layover, The Jakarta Airport and Suites offers a Jet Lounge Bar, Cockpit Restaurant, Spa Lounge, Business Center and Cockpit Meeting room. It is located at the terminal building on the second floor of Meeting Point Terminal 2E.
3 If no traffic, it will take you about an hour to get to Jakarta city from the airport. The DAMRI shuttle bus fares start from IDR25,000. They run from all terminals to several destinations in the city, including Rawamangun, Blok M/Kebayoran, Gambir, Bekasi, Depok and Bogor 60-80 minutes,
4 You can book a taxi at a counter in the arrivals area of each terminal. Expect to pay in the region of IDR200,000 and agree to the fare before you depart. It is about half an hour to forty five minutes drive to the city.
5 All your monetary neds can be met at Terminals 1 and 2 where there are banks, ATMs and bureau de change facilities.
6 Whether you prefer local or international cuisine, you have many options at the restaurants found in any of the terminals.
7 If you need to buy some souvenirs, Terminals 1 and 3 offer great options. In Terminal 2, there is duty-free shopping, a gift retailer, newspapers and a bookshop.
8 Just in case you get hurt for whatever reason or feel ill, there is first-aid assistance in all the administrative areas at the three terminals.
9 To set up your conferences or to meet your business needs, executive areas are located in the transit lounge, in the departures area of Terminal 2 and inside several airline lounges. A VIP lounge is situated at the departures area of Terminal 1. There are also several meeting rooms available for booking at the Sheraton Bandara which is close to CGK.
10 Parking facilities are available outside all the terminals but for long-term, only Terminals 2 and 3 offers that parking arrangement.
