PVD Information Center - located on the terminal's ground level near the baggge claim and open daily 6am-10:45pm, except on major holidays. The Center is operated by teaching assistants of Johnson & Wales University. The Information Center is responsible for general airport & flight information, courtesy paging, passenger comments & complaints; lost & found items and more.
